Why we publish these

Most chilli export websites list adjectives. Buyers need the numbers: Scoville heat, ASTA colour, moisture, mesh, the sterilisation route their market accepts and the laboratory tests their customs authority runs. These guides put that information in one place so a first enquiry to Richvane can already be a specification.

Every figure is dated and sourced at the bottom of each guide. When a regulation or a harvest changes, the guide is updated and the date at the top moves.
